John Pasquale DeMarco, of Gainesville, was being held on $5,000 unsecured bond on accusations he sexually assaulted the victims, who were under the ages 13 and 15, between January 2015 and November 2022, Prince William County police said.
The assaults occurred at a home in Gainesville, police said.
The victims reported the incidents in November 2022 prompting the police investigation. Following the investigation, DeMarco was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of indecent liberties.
